Alisa Blum brings over 20 highly successful years as a corporate trainer, educator, educational video producer, training director, supervisor and psychotherapist. She is president of Alisa Blum & Associates, established in 1996 and specializing in working with organizations to improve motivation, communication, productivity and retention. She has developed and conducted training programs in performance feedback, career development, managing the generations in the workplace, motivational strategies, customer service, team building, harassment prevention, behavior styles, mentoring, peer coaching, personal effectiveness, time management and change management.
Clients for Alisa's services include 3M, Hewlett-Packard, Oregon Museum of Science & Industry, City of Portland, Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue, Tri-Met, State of Minnesota, IEC Group, and Mortgage U.
