Course Description

While we spend a lot of time in meetings, very few of us are experts when it comes to consistently running them most effectively. This workshop helps improve meeting productivity and enables participants to get the most out of the benefits that group processes offer. The meeting facilitator’s role is the centerpiece of this workshop. You will learn techniques from a professional facilitator that will enable you to improve in the three equally important phases of a meeting: preparation, conducting the meeting, and follow through.

Throughout this session, you will experience how to engage everyone, explore all ideas and achieve solutions rapidly. You will leave the workshop with readily applicable skills and tools that you can apply immediately.
