Course Description

 

It may not be in writing, but “ability to negotiate effectively” is in your job description. Yet, if you are like most people, you have an aversion to situations that require this important skill. This workshop will help you become more comfortable using fundamental negotiation concepts for the everyday negotiation situations.

 

You will learn how to get what you need out of a negotiation without damaging the relationship with your negotiation partner. This workshop is conducted by a professional workplace mediator.
