A Better Approach than "Training" for Measurable Results

The goal of all "training" should be to produce measurable results. Seminars, training sessions, and hands-on workshops are designed to increase knowledge or improve skills, but measurable business results should not be expected. Only an outcome-based approach ensures that the results are actually achieved.

Outcome-based workshops are designed and delivered to address your specific business challenges and deliver measurable performance improvement. Your team will not only learn, they will apply a solution to a known business problem.

Auxilium's OutcomeBased^TM Workshops ensure that measurable, achievable results are fulfilled by following a straightforward 7-step process:

	1)	Your designated stakeholder works with a senior consultant until we clearly understand your desired business outcomes, and we determine if an outcome-based workshop can be delivered to meet your objectives. If so, the recommended approach is outlined and you receive a cost estimate.
	2)	You identify a core team of stakeholders (usually 3-5 workshop participants) who will be accountable for the results.
	3)	A meeting with the core team is facilitated to ensure buy-in and acceptance of accountability. This can be a teleconference, web meeting, or face-to-face meeting.
	4)	Once consensus is achieved with the core team, the workshop sessions are scheduled.
	5)	During the workshop we confirm that each learning objective is achieved, and ensure buy-in to the planned outcomes with the entire group.
	6)	At the conclusion of the workshop, we confirm that the core team understands and agrees with their action plan for success, including the timeline for completion.
	7)	Our facilitator checks in with the core team periodically and provides coaching and support until your business achieves the results. Assistance with implementation of metrics is provided, as needed, so you can measure performance and enable ongoing improvements.
