Description

This seminar educates participants about project estimating methods, project lifecycle fundamentals, and some advanced project planning topics.  The format of the course is a series of brief lectures followed by discussion and hands-on exercises.  Case studies and real-life examples are used to illustrate project success and failure.  Participants will be enabled to complete projects more successfully by applying better estimating and planning practices.  Each participant leaves with an action plan for implementation based on classroom exercises and discussion.
