Q: Is the file I’ll receive copy-protected? Can I
freely copy the file?
A: The file you have received or will receive is not copy protected.
It is subject to the same international copyright laws as a paper original document.
This means that the original buyer of the file can copy it or forward it for
“fair use.” “Fair use” in general means that you can copy part of it (not all of
it) to people in your work group, but you cannot copy it or forward it to others
that are not part of your work group
Q: How can I get a paper copy?
A: We do not provide a paper copy as a standard option because the cost would
make it prohibitive for many. The least expensive way
for you to get a paper copy is to print it at your office or at
a local print shop, although color printing would bring the cost up
significantly too. You can also print it in black and white to reduce cost, but some pages
or items might not display properly. You may find that you actually need a
paper copy of only selected pages, so you can print only the ones you need. In
addition, having the guide in your laptop or PDA is like having a paper copy always
available.
Q: What are differences between your guide and a
handbook or guidebook?
A: The basic difference is the inclusion of "fillable" forms and cross
links between pages. Future versions will incorporate other capabilities of
electronic format, such as embedded audio and video content.
Q: Do you sell this guide through other on-line
stores?
A:
No, we do not at this time.
Q: Do you offer site license?
A:

Q: Can I return the material if I am not satisfied
and be refunded?
A: Yes! We will ask you a few questions to help us improve the guide in
the future, but we have a "hassle-free" return policy.
Q: Do you offer quantity discount?

Q: Do you offer workshops on the same topic?
A: The authors offer two-day workshops on the same topic. These workshops
guide the participants through the process on an actual example. We can
customize this workshop to deliver on-site. This is particularly valuable at the
onset of a project (the infamous fuzzy front-end) for the product core team. For

Q: Do you offer consulting services on the same
topic?
A:
Yes, we do. We can guide product teams through the entire process on-site or in
the background. Previous customers found it particularly useful when developing
a powerful discussion guide, selecting customers to interview, and making sense
of the collected information in which case the team may often come back with
dozens if not hundreds of notes.

Q: Will you have regular updates and when? What
are the conditions for upgrading?
A: We have regular maintenance updates that are available for
free, and we will have new versions that will be available at a special upgrade
price for existing customers.
If you ordered the product less than four months before a new version is
introduced, you will automatically receive a free update.
Q: I have feedback and comments on your product.
How should I submit them?
A:
We highly value your suggestions, comments, and feedback, and other signs of
your interest. Actually, we live by them, as this product is the result of many
prior customer suggestions. Please

Q: My product team is just starting a new product
definition. We believe we need a leader/trainer to benefit from your guide. Do
you have a train the trainer program?
